Todd Dean, MD is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a senior editor at DIVISION/ Review and adjunct instructor of psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Dean contributed the chapter “How to measure what: notes on universals and particulars” to the anthology On Psychoanalysis and Violence: Contemporary Lacanian Perspectives (Routledge, 2018).
